Eventmaster Kent Ltd Privacy Statement

1. Who are we? Eventmaster Kent Ltd. Supplier of Quad biking events and agents for quality Experience vouchers. Managing Director Mr Kevin Leppard 

2. Why we need people's personal information. We need our customers address and contact telephone numbers and email so that we can send out the relevant information about the experience purchased. We will pass only the contact information to the supplier of the chosen activity so that in the event of a cancellation the customer can be contacted if necessary. The supplier would also like to ensure the customer voucher does not expire without being used so may contact the customer to see if a day and time would like to be booked if not already done so. This information will not be passed or sold to anyone else. This information will not be used for any other purpose.

3. When we will dispose of it. Customer contact details will be kept for a period of 2 years following an experience as a record of attendance. This is in case of a legal requirement to provide details.

4. How we will safeguard it. Customer information will only be kept by Eventmaster Kent Ltd and the experience supplier. This may be in the form of computer hard drive, data disc or hard paper copy. This information will not be passed to anyone else. In the event of a computer change the hard drive will wiped before disposal. Data discs and paper copies will only be used by relevant staff at the workplace.
